7. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sudan or UAE, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute between you and us regarding the content or use of the Site shall be resolved by arbitration under the Sudan or Dubai, UAE Arbitration  Law, with arbitration seat in Khartoum, Sudan or in Dubai, UAE. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
8. Our failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right hereunder.
