Mr. Mohammed Al Hafiz graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours from Faculty of Law, the University of Khartoum in 1989. He has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Commercial, Banking, Finance, Food Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Health, Joint Ventures, IPOs, M&A and Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Mohammed Al Hafiz had previously acted as Legal Advisor, Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Manager for reputable major companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia such as Savola Group (Savola) and Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO ADDWAEIH).
