Mr. Elsafi graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours from Faculty of Law, the University of Khartoum in 1987. He has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Commercial, Power, Mining, Real-Estate Development, Investment, Facility Management, Sports & Entertainment, Media, IPOs, M&A and Dispute Resolution  (Conciliation, Arbitration and Litigation). 

Mr. Elsafi had previously acted as legal advisor, Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Manager for reputable companies in KSA, such as Gulf Cooperation Council Interconnection Authority (GCCIA), Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), Dallah Al-Baraka Group (DBG), Abdul Latif Jameel Company (ALJ), Binladin Holding Company (BHC) and Raydah Investment Company (RIC). 

Mr. Elsafi is the head of SEZ litigation practice.
