Mrs. Eiman graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours from Faculty of Law, the University of Khartoum in 1987, and received the Master’s Degree in Law from the same university in 1995. She has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Commercial, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Defense & Security, Aerospace & Aviation, Financing, Investment, M&A, Education and Dispute Resolution (Conciliation, Arbitration and Litigation).
Mrs. Eiman had previously acted as Legal Advisor, Senior Legal Advisor and Head of Legal & Contracts for reputable companies in the United Arab Emirates such as Thuraya Telecommunications Company (TTC), C4AS under Emirates Defense Industries Company (EDIC), and Etimad Holding L.L.C.(EH).
