Mr. Ahmed graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours from Faculty of Law, the University of Khartoum in 1987, and received the Master’s Degree in Law under the title “Protection of Foreign Investment” from Juba University in 2003. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in Corporate Commercial, Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food Industries, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Ahmed had previously acted as Legal Advisor, Senior Legal Advisor and Chief Legal Officer for reputable companies in Sudan such as Faisal Islamic Bank in Sudan (FIB), Omdurman National Bank (ONB), Kenana Sugar Company (KSC), Sudanese Company for Construction & Oil Services, Petrolines For Pipes & Engineering Works Holding Company Limited, and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia such as Al-Yamama Group (YG), Farabi Petrochemicals Company (FPC) and Al Qaryan Group (GG).
