He has over 30 years of extensive experience in Corporate Commercial, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Shareholders Agreements, pharmaceuticals, Health, Petrochemical, Food Industries, Telecommunications, Agencies, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Waleed had previously acted as Senior Legal Advisor, Attorney Commercial Law, Director of Corporate & Legal Affairs and Chief Legal Officer for reputable companies in Sudan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as Trans Arabian Air Transport Co. Ltd Sudan (TAAT), Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO ADDWAEIH), Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC), Savola Group (Savola), Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) and Abdul Latif Jameel Co. (ALJ).
