Mr. Zaki graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours from Faculty of Law, the University of Khartoum in 1987, and received the MBA from Murdoch University, Perth, Australia in 2014. He has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Commercial, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Maritime & Shipping, Insurance, M&A and Dispute Resolution (Conciliation, Arbitration and Litigation).

Mr. Zaki had previously acted as Legal Advisor, Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Director for reputable companies in the United Arab Emirates such as Etisalat Services Holding LLC (ESH), Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) and  Kanoo Group.
